Mrs. Larson currently leads operations for Recombinetics and Acceligen. Her group’s focus is to take scientific research and scale it in a robust and high quality manner to generate a commercial product. She has led the team to the first decision by FDA to allow gene edited animals in commercial market and the food chain. Prior to working with gene editing at Recombinetics, Mrs. Larson fostered key accounts for the world’s largest animal genotyping company, Neogen, GeneSeek. She has completed her M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
